2025 APPLICATION
YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS HERE…
The energy and momentum generated through the EVOKE Warriors™ program continues into Season 5 with the opening of our 2025 application.
Interested applicants need to complete the form below and answer the questions provided. We want to know as much as possible about you!
As an interested applicant:
Program interviews take place Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15, 2025.
Program starts March 10 to August 23, 2025.
Must attend mandatory intake day taking place Saturday, March 8, 2025. If you are unable to attend, please apply next year.
You must agree to not miss more than two weeks of the program, unless unexpected circumstances arise. This includes group classes, Bonding Events, Book club and cooking Zooms.
First 12 weeks you are required to attend 2 classes per week, with Saturday being a 3rd day option.
Final 12 weeks you are required to attend 3 classes per week, with Saturday being the 4th day option.
Extra activities such as book club and bonding events you are allowed to miss 2 of each.
At halfway point must have 80% attendance rate (not have missed more than 1 week of program) or will not be able to continue.
By August 1 must be at 80% attendance, not have missed more than 2 total weeks of program or will not participate in interviews, final events, photos or Reveal Gala.
Must attend Reveal Celebration August 23, 2025.
In addition, attending August 18 to August 22 is mandatory. If you are unable to attend, please apply next year.
Workout Schedule:
Monday and Friday at 6AM
Monday and Thursday, 6:30PM
Wednesday at 11AM
Saturday at 7:30AM
**Due to the sensitive nature of this application, please know that any information provided is held in confidence within the selection team and not shared with outside parties. Only staff members who need to determine the participants of the 2025 season will have access to your full application.
